Our Solution

Enercare and Clearbridge Mobile partnered to deliver a custom mobile solution for iOS and Android that allowed clients to book and manage their service appointments. We delivered on the basis of a very strong user experience, and for the first time enabled customers to self triage any issues before calling any call center, reducing call volumes. Additionally, the app included built-in upselling capabilities based on the user’s current service contract.

The Enercare app was the first of its kind in the home services industry. Our solution gave Enercare the ability to streamline processes including customer validation when scheduling and confirming appointments leading to increased customer satisfaction. Furthermore, this self-service application allowed Enercare to increase call center capacity without additional hires and centralize customer service.
