Last month, Alectra Utilities announced the launch of its first-ever mobile app.
With a few taps, Alectra’s customers can now access accounts, view current outages, report an outage, contact customer service, pay bills, and more – directly from their iOS and Android devices. The app was designed and developed in partnership with Clearbridge Mobile.
Alectra Utilities serves approximately one million homes and businesses in Southern and Central Ontario. It was formed when four electricity distribution companies – Enersource, Horizon Utilities, HydroOne Brampton, and PowerStream – amalgamated to become Alectra Utilities.
