Chatr has announced the launch of their new Android and iOS app that lets customers manage their accounts on the go. The My chatr app makes it extremely easy for customers to access their account anytime, anywhere.

Developed in partnership with Clearbridge Mobile, the new mobile app allows users to top up their account with just a few simple taps. Some of the app’s other key features allow users to:

• Monitor usage including data, minutes, and text messages
• Check plan details such as anniversary date and account balance
• Enroll in auto-pay using a credit card
• Add more data quickly when you reach 75% or 90% of data limit
• Find the nearest Chatr store
• Manage the account at any time

Apart from their existing web solution, Chatr was looking to launch an iOS and Android app that would provide easy-to-use self-service for users. The mobile solution includes pop-up capabilities, usage monitoring, credit card payments, and billing statement access for users. More information and FAQs can be found here.
